Glass Block Security Frames are made from 30 x 30 x 2.5mm zinc coated low carbon structural steel - with bracing every 400 centres. The bracing to has 11mm boltholes.

10mm dia x 100mm length, M 4.5, Zinc coated anchors.
Glass Block Security Frame is drilled and fixed into non-cracked concrete at 400mm centres - 10mm dia x 100mm length, M 4.5, Zinc coated anchors.
Into Steel
Glass Block Security Frame is fixed to 6mm thick steel column using steel M10x1.5 to BS970040A04 finished zinc plate to BS3382; and metric hexagon commercial bolts M10 30mm long with head thickness max 7.45mm and min 6.55mm - with minimum breaking load of Kn 23.2 to AS 1111 finished in zinc plate to AS 1214 or BS3382. Torque up to Nm 17.0.
